Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Kuwait and the GCC, and ship worldwide. Available delivery options and timeframes are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within a few business days. You will receive a confirmation, and tracking details where available, as soon as your order is on its way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept KNET, Apple Pay, and major credit and debit cards. Every payment is processed securely through our checkout.
What currency are your prices shown in?
All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
Can I return or exchange an item?
If something is not quite right, please reach out and we will help arrange a return or exchange. Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging. Contact us as soon as you can after delivery so we can make it right.
Are your pieces handmade?
Many of our pieces are made by hand by the makers we work with. Small variations in colour, texture and finish are natural, and part of what makes each one its own.
How should I care for my pieces?
Care guidance is noted on individual product pages where relevant. As a general rule, hand washing and gentle handling protect hand painted, delicate and decorative pieces best.
